Salman, the founder of the firm 'Aamir Salman Rizwan', has over 18 years of professional experience across sectors including FMCG, housing & real estate, power, textile, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, retail, and distribution. Formerly known as 'Salman Arshad', the firm was established in November 2012 and rebranded in February 2019. Recognized as a distinguished assurance and tax expert, Salman holds key positions in professional bodies such as the Northern Regional Committee (NRC) of ICAP, Lahore Tax Bar Association (LTBA), and various ICAP committees. He also shared his knowledge as an 'Auditing' lecturer at a renowned educational institution in Pakistan. Prior to founding his firm, Salman was an integral part in a senior managerial role of the Assurance Department at a large Practice in Pakistan.

In his career, Salman has fostered strong relationships with notable national and multinational clients. Salman, a Fellow member of ICAP, is fluent in English, Punjabi, and Urdu.

Aamir, founder of 'A. Shahbaz & Co.', is an industry expert with over 19 years of experience in the food & beverages, IT & telecom, hospitality, power, and textile sectors. In 2019, his firm’s operations became a part of 'Aamir Salman Rizwan'. Aamir's expertise extends to tax matters, corporate laws, secretarial compliances, and ERP implementation. A distinguished member of various committees within the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) and the Lahore Tax Bar Association (LTBA), Aamir is also a respected lecturer of Corporate Laws and Taxation. In the past, he has held significant positions such as 'Company Secretary and Finance Manager' in a large listed textile unit, and General Manager Finance in a major cargo group.

Aamir's hands-on experience with information systems, secretarial and tax matters has allowed him to undertake significant projects like ERP implementation and business restructuring at large group of companies, and providing taxation services to key CPEC projects. He is a Fellow member of ICAP and is fluent in English, Punjabi, and Urdu.

Rizwan, a key contributor to the growth of 'Salman Arshad' since joining the firm in 2014, serves as Partner of Advisory and Outsourcing services. His expertise lies in sectors including startups, housing & real estate, FMCG, foods & beverages, and engineering & construction. Alongside his industry expertise, Rizwan manages talent and assures quality within 'Aamir Salman Rizwan'. His specialties encompass outsourcing solutions, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), valuation services, and business planning & analysis. Rizwan also contributes thought leadership through his blogs and articles, highlighting topics like outsourcing solutions, Business Process Reengineering (BPR), and startup advisory. His prior experience includes managerial positions in assurance and finance within large practices and real estate groups.

Rizwan's diverse portfolio includes serving large national and multination clients. He's played supporting roles in court cases and led national projects for EU Delegation to Pakistan. Rizwan's advisory experience also spans preparing business plans, valuations, and large-scale studies for government projects. He is a Fellow member of ICAP, and is fluent in English, Punjabi, and Urdu.

Bilal Khalid Khan is a highly accomplished Chartered Accountant with over 17 years of experience, including 6 years on the international stage. His specialization lies in complex mergers, project management, and successful ERP system implementations. Bilal possesses a deep-rooted expertise in group and venture accounting, acquired through collaborations with prominent local and international organizations. Bilal earned his Chartered Accountant certification from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan in 2007. Proficient in financial and strategic planning, he boasts a consistent track record of successful ERP implementations. Bilal leads a team providing comprehensive bookkeeping services to clients in Canada and the US. They specialize in QuickBooks Online, Zoho, and Xero, with an additional focus on medical billing and freight dispatching services for US clients. Formerly the Group Chief Financial Officer at Jadeed Group of Companies, Bilal expertly managed profitability, costing, and efficiency. He orchestrated the merger of three group companies and navigated the company through the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic.

In his previous role as Director Advisory at PKF_FRANTS & Co., Chartered Accountants, Bilal provided invaluable assistance to clients in business planning, budgeting, internal audits, risk assessments, and corporate finance services.
