Aamir Shahbaz, FCA

Aamir, founder of 'A. Shahbaz & Co.', is an industry expert with over 19 years of experience in the food & beverages, IT & telecom, hospitality, power, and textile sectors. In 2019, his firm’s operations became a part of 'Aamir Salman Rizwan'. Aamir's expertise extends to tax matters, corporate laws, secretarial compliances, and ERP implementation.

A distinguished member of various committees within the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) and the Lahore Tax Bar Association (LTBA), Aamir is also a respected lecturer of Corporate Laws and Taxation. In the past, he has held significant positions such as 'Company Secretary and Finance Manager' in a large listed textile unit, and General Manager Finance in a major cargo group.

Aamir's hands-on experience with information systems, secretarial and tax matters has allowed him to undertake significant projects like ERP implementation and business restructuring at large group of companies, and providing taxation services to key CPEC projects. He is a Fellow member of ICAP and is fluent in English, Punjabi, and Urdu.
